I crunched these numbers from the sos press conference this morning when Trump was up 100,000. So I don’t know how it would look now that he’s at 76,514 because I don’t know where the votes are coming from. I assume Fulton.

Forsyth: 7000 outstanding
67% Trump - 4690
Biden - 2310

Fulton: 70,000 outstanding
80% (the whole county is lower but the outstanding votes are in heavy dem areas)
Biden - 56,000
Trump - 14,000

Dekalb: 54,000
80% Biden - 43,200
Trump - 10,800

Houston: 20,000
62% Trump - 12,400
Biden - 7,600

Chatham: 15,000
77% Biden - 11,550
Trump - 3450

Gwinnett: 1000
70% Biden - 700
Trump - 300

Totals:
Trump: +45640
Biden: +121,360

Biden up 75,720
Trump’s current lead at sos website: 99,927

Leaving Trump a lead of 24,207, assuming the other 15,000 ballots out there go 50/50

That's the scenario that already played out before the election when the legislature made the Article II appeal to SCOTUS and Roberts refused to hear it on process grounds.

Thomas left the door open to rehear the arguments on its merits, which is what the legislature will have to do now.
