Trump I think is leading Pa so much that the Dems couldn’t manufacture enough frauds to win without it being too obvious. They’ll settle for padding down the lead to make it look neck and neck with Trump winning by a nose!

The argument in PA was that state law requires them to be postmarked by the 3rd. The Dems dont want the postmarks to be a requirement. The Supreme didnt take it up at the time. North Carolina apparently gives themselves a week to count them. I dont think there is an issue there with postmarks. They are required.
Actually I think most of then know that the Dems are fraudsters. They just want to be part of the fraud, and feel comfortable about it.

We are finding out almost all the 2020 polls were garbage. Apart from Trafalgar and a few others.
Some lawyers would disagree with your legal assessment. Also, some judges.
