On that at least, he is correct. Even the most sympathetic court to Trump will pass on taking the matter up.
Kelly up 6.8% at 82%. Where was he at 70%? Can the same math save McSally?
I can see why trump is calling it out now in contrast to waiting until later.
1. he has all his staffers gathered at the WH waiting for a party and a speech, so he gave a speech in recognition of their efforts. the public got the same speech because they too deserved recognition for voting for trump (results being one way or the other).
2. trump wants to move the process along ASAP as a counterstrategy to the apparent Democrat strategy of FUD.
3. hard deadlines are coming up for resolution of the EC vote, and trump wants to avoid the dangers of hitting those hard deadlines.
maybe (dunno) the military are enough to protect DC until the USSC rules (or biden concedes).

ABC is now getting closer to saying that PT won.
So PA is counting in the dark away from the prying eyes of the American people.
Didn’t even think about that.
And when they realized Trump was gonna win all 3, plan B went into effect.

Good to know.....how close are they getting exactly? What are they saying?
I’m not certain. Counting tardy votes invites vote fraud which in turn causes citizen vote disenfranchisement by dilution of the one citizen, one vote principle.
All the Republicans need to do is to find a friendly District Judge, anywhere in the US (iow, judge shopping a la the standard liberal judicial activist playbook, but this time, used towards a conservative end).

yes, he came out fairly early and said “we are on the way to victory” and some nonsense about counting all the votes and within 3 minutes, a lid was called.
Maybe that wasn’t the right word, but it was clear the way the democrat machine elevated her and fawned over her, like Hillary and company. It wasn’t like some of our grassroots dems whom even though I despise their policies, I do know came by it a little more honestly.
Just saying that Bid3n did not build the Infistructure to win.
Yes. This is the entire point. When you wakeup Trumps lead will have evaporated overnight. The Dems used this quite successfully in California in 2018.
