Can we get rid of spending first? First step ought to be limiting Congress and Senate members to $100,000 annual incomes; any income over that must be given towards paying the national debt, under penalty of imprisonment.
Also limit their staffing budget and their perks to minimal levels.
Which means ALL TAXPAYERS will see a tax increase not just those making over $400,000.00.
