I predict that if somehow Biden manages to win... Trump will run again in four years and bury them.
This also means raising the corporate tax and reducing the lifetime gift/death exemptions. Nobody under $400k will see a tax increase but they are repealing the TCJA? Is the ACA tax returning?

Can we get rid of spending first? First step ought to be limiting Congress and Senate members to $100,000 annual incomes; any income over that must be given towards paying the national debt, under penalty of imprisonment.
Also limit their staffing budget and their perks to minimal levels.
