If Trump receives lots of votes from people who did not vote in 2016/2018 it will throw a large, perhaps insurmountable monkey wrench into any voter fraud plans, especially if they vote in person.

As I understand them most of the schemes rely on using the registration of dormant voters. If those people vote in person then a mailed ballot postmarked after the election will be tossed. If 100’s of 1000’s of such ballots appear it will clear evidence of foul play.
