3) 'circumvent US sanctions on Russia' - How did selling 14% 'circumvent US sanctions'?
4) What might have Wray done that could be illegal?
5) Anything else that Joe or Hunter did regarding the russian 'Rosneft Oil' company that might be/is illegal?

Wray worked for that law firm in 2006 on the case involving Rosneft. He was representing an American client against Rosneft. It looked like others at that firm (not Wray) worked on that case for a few years after through maybe 2011.
The Biden, China, Rosneft deal was in 2017. That case in 2006 doesn’t appear to have anything to do with the Biden-Rosneft-CCP China sale.
Im not seeing how that implicates Wray.
I do think he must be dirty or compromised since he hasnt done anything with the laptop for over a year, but this doesn’t seem to connect. Maybe Im missing a piece of this puzzle. Would appreciate any explanations here as to what I’m missing.
