A second night of unrest in Philadelphia began Tuesday night over the police shooting death of a Black man, just as his children recalled memories of their father in front of reporters and 1,000 looters reportedly began targeting businesses, police said.

Police forget that if a an armed suspect is Black they are supposed to let the suspect shoot or stab the officer and to never fire in self-defense. Black thugs must not be shot. It’s okay, of course, to shoot a White suspect who is threatening bodily harm.

Do you know approximately where the looting occurred? I have a relative in medical school in Philly - the school is in Center City.
I took 3 different trips to PA this
year.The virus closed down many things
but I was still able to see some stuff.
At one point I was in Valley Forge and
saw the historic park.Amish country,
Pittsburgh, Poconos etc.
My first trip I was near Philly but riots
were going on.Later I was passing through
Philly on way back but Constitution
Ctr and other historic buildings
were closed due to virus.You could
see the Liberty Bell from outside
but that was about it.

Part of the social contract is understanding that certain actions have certain consequences. Many of these are simply common sense. Attack a cop with a deadly weapon and you will get shot and probably killed. SOME groups are either not capable or willing to abide by this contract. In these groups, common sense is not so common, especially when they are doped up.
