Part of the social contract is understanding that certain actions have certain consequences. Many of these are simply common sense. Attack a cop with a deadly weapon and you will get shot and probably killed. SOME groups are either not capable or willing to abide by this contract. In these groups, common sense is not so common, especially when they are doped up.
That, and their (Demonrat leftist) elected officials and other idiots they listen to deliberately foment the flagrant disrespect of the law. It’s all very deliberate to keep Blacks perpetually aggrieved, impoverished, dumbed-down and on the Demonrat plantation.
