A second night of unrest in Philadelphia began Tuesday night over the police shooting death of a Black man, just as his children recalled memories of their father in front of reporters and 1,000 looters reportedly began targeting businesses, police said.

How can one take the chance of doing business in any of these areas when all it takes is a Justified shooting to destroy everything?

I’m guessing the compulsive looting is permitted because the city officials know of no other way to mitigate tensions — tensions inevitably nurtured by the Leftwing MSM and the Rats in charge.
The upcoming Opportunity Zones better be equipped with the necessary social firewalls — investments that go beyond the local bank and retailers. Independent, responsible local news would be a good start — an alternative to the corrupt Leftwing MSM

Last time I was in Philadelphia was in 1990 for a middle school field trip. There’s some great history there that I’d like to go back and see. But not now.
There was talk of a large black Philly Trump vote.
Then riots.
I am sure it’s just a coincidence. /s
Maybe the mostly Democrat Philly will be too busy looting or scared to go to the polls. But areas outside and the rural areas will see it and get their a$$ to the polls to vote Trump.
Why is it White folks don’t go out and riot, loot, burn and murder when a White person is shot by the po-po ?
