These two organizations are the best pollsters in the business. Both got it right in 2016 and both are saying that this year is a repeat of 2016. Cause for optimisim.

The Trump campaign collects data on rally attendees and usually 20-25% have never voted before. I think many of the first time voters are not being properly accounted for in these polls.
