He picked up a note pad and left with it - then a woman came into the scene from the right and removed a second object from his podium. That second object is what they’re saying might be an iPad.
It wasn’t an iPad, it was a calculator. Lunch Bucket Joe isn’t smart enough to use a iPad.
He’d have done better using the “magic 8 ball”.

I was watching on a raw news satellite feed after the debate, for just such a thing...
And seconds before the thing in the twitter video, another debate worker took an identical item off of Trumps lectern.
I remember seeing that, but I didn’t know what I was seeing. If I remember right someone came and got something from Trumps podium right before that. I have no idea what that was either.

It seems that lights would make the pupil smaller and the iris larger. The natural color of his iris is light blue, but they weren’t at the debate. I still think there could be something to a TelePrompter being in contact lenses.
I'm not sure. I went back and looked at my recording of Fox and checked it out on slow motion. If you watch Biden pick up his notes with his left hand you see the dimensions. He then folds them when transferring to the right hand. The object picked up off trumps lectern matches closer to the dimensions of Biden's notes than the "Ipad" picked up by the lady. However it is like an NFL replay, really close call.
That looks like paper to me in the video you posted. Tablets are not flexible like that.
