It seems that lights would make the pupil smaller and the iris larger. The natural color of his iris is light blue, but they weren’t at the debate. I still think there could be something to a TelePrompter being in contact lenses.
I think the reason his pupils were so big was the drugs he takes for mental clarity. The big pupils made it difficult to look up.
He was also obviously reading answers but, even if he wasn’t the light would have hurt his eyes. The man is not fit to be president
