Any on here likely picked up on it quick, but while Biden had a paper notepad, it was also obvious he was often really glued to some type of screen on his podium, while Trump was talking.
My analysis out of the gate — the paper notepad was used to conceal and to actively distract from his focus on his digital notepad.
He kept on looking at his watch, my Mom noticed and said “Is he tired maybe its past his bedtime” then I realized, if he has an apple watch he can receive text messages
I couldn’t see it...just looked like a legal sized porforlio pad. The phone camera vid didn’t zoom in enough, or slow enough...or, give a still shot.
Anyone have a better image?
When folks caught Joe’s wire, at first debate, they screen grabbed and then circled the wire.
I have a new theory about Biden’s Lincoln gaffe last night.
Many FReepers have suspected that Biden received instructions through an earpiece during debates.
Here is what could have happened:
The Presidents says “I have done more for black people than any President since Abraham Lincoln”.
Biden’s aides yell into the earpiece: “This is it. We got him. Trump is no Abraham Lincoln. He is a racist.”
But, Biden wasn’t paying attention to his earpiece and did not catch the first few words. What Biden heard was:
“Abraham Lincoln is a racist.”
and the rest was history....and Biden was history!
The twats at twit have already nuked it...
Biden was receiving communication somehow.
There is no way he could keep that sharp for an hour.
not that sharp but...
The watch is a good bet.
In any event, it would be a sizable scandal if it was determined the iPad was presenting his next question and an ideal answer.

Once this is past we’ll hear how much it took to even get Biden on stage. It was really a pathetic thing to drag him to this debate....he looked like an old man trying hard to do remember whatever he was drilled to say. His facial expressions were all over the place. It is no wonder his wife wrapped her arms around him like a mother t a child who had struggled....it was over.
No, it wasn’t an iPad. Please look again on an HD video, he clearly picks up a note pad. Let’s not spread stupid conspiracy theories and lies like the left do.
Also, as in the first debate, Biden was really amped up on some strong drug/s.
Unless... it is all a “mental dumb” act, to try and keep Biden out of the slammer for actual high crimes, Biden will be down again quick.
Now, it is likely Biden will not be seen for a little while, as coming off the strong mental/memory enhancing drugs can be crazy hilarious and obvious.

He was holding up and flipping over pages in a legal pad a couple times I noticed while Trump was talking.
It appeared to be over to fresh clean pages to write more, as the ones he were flipping over had writing on them, but who knows for sure,

He wasnt even sharp..if he was his campaign team wouldn’t have been in a panic last night trying to “Correct” what Biden said about the oil industry..he was NOT supposed to say that

I think moderator went from right side of stage to Biden podium and picked up something size of folder or tablet. No one did that to Trump’s podium.
Need to see end of debate from NBC (jeapordy channel) think.
