Dems in Absolute Panic As Early Data Shatters Narrative in Key States
Top Trade Guru ^ | 10/19/2020

Up until this weekend, the Democratic victory narrative has been this: Dems will outperform in early and mail in voting. Republicans, leerier to mail-in voting, will opt for in person voting and will outperform on election day. However, in the end, the in-person voting will not be enough to overcome the massive early voting numbers by the Democrats.

This weekend that narrative shattered in some key states. It’s absolute panic.

Politico’s lead story today contains this revealing quote about many anxiety-ridden memos in Democratic offices:

Michigan is chief among the Democrats’ worries. With 25% of the total vote in, compared to 2016, Republicans have a slim advantage heading into Election Day. It’s expected a rush of ballots from Republicans, leerier of mail voting, will be cast in-person on Nov. 3.

The Democrat Hidey-Ho ticket...Biden and Harris made their first joint appearance....a big deal in politics....but no one showed up.

The campaign team’s lame excuse was “they didnt advertise it.”

Well, ok.....but local Democrats surely knew the candidates were coming....
<><> where were all the Democrat party officials?
<><> where were the state, county and local elected Democrats?
<><> where were the party regulars?
<><> where were the rank and file getting out the vote?
<><> where were the “enthusiastic” volunteers?
<><> where were all the committed voters knocking on doors for the candidates?
<><> where were all the registered Democrats who, we’ve been told, voted early?
<><> where were all the Democrats said to be blanketing the USPS with mail-in ballots?

Looks like their rigged election is backfiring.

Yep, voting in person in Michigan. Took the day off to make sure. Big nose thumb to Gretchen.

They are ahead by some 400k or so votes in FL.

But one FReeper said they need to be ahead by 630 thousand or so votes before election day, I think, to close the deal.

And the daily numbers coming in are less and less in dem’s favor.

Well, in 2 weeks we will know all :)

Wisconsin and Pennsylvania the mail in votes can’t be counted until Election day.

LOL, we’ll be lucky if we know the results in two months.

Maybe I’m missing something. If I look at those bar graphs and compare 2018 to 2016 it looks like the GOP outperformed the demons in early voting. But we know how the 2018 elections turned out, right?
Thoughts?

I thought the narrative was that President Trump would appear to have won the election until a few weeks after election day at which time demRATs had manufactured enough fraudulent votes to be declared winner by the corrupt courts (/sarc).

Turnout in Philadelphia so far is lower than in 2016. Biden is doing worse than Hillary.

They will send Obama to Philly this week, but Barak tried to help Hillary too.

The local news in Hillsborough County, FL reports that the Republican vote on day one is massive.
They then reported that the Biden vote is doing well. They are attempting to convey that the vote is nothing to worry about. That the massive turnout for President Trump on day one doesn’t mean anything at all.

Obama has no coattails anymore outside of the base that already supports Biden.

He appears very small in the shadow of Trump. Obama did not want to be anywhere near the stench surrounding Biden Inc. He did not support him in the primaries and the whole world sees the lukewarm support he has for him now.

In fact, I bet Obama is secretly pissed at Biden.

Which particular state are you taking about here? And which electoral office? There was no presidential election in 2018.

Republicans didn’t do a good enough job on election day in 2018. I hope that’s the difference between 2020 and 2018. Republicans must do well in both early vote in-person as well as on election day.

Barak will not be the draw he used to be. Even then he needed rock bands to bolster his crowds. Trump is his own rock star

Used to watch some Obama rallies in 2008. He doesn't even come close to Trump's rallies. Nobody can work the crowds like Trump.
