The campaign for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden admitted that it’s possible that Biden may have met with an executive for Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, during his time as vice president when his son was a board member of the company.
The Biden campaign released a statement condemning reporting from the New York Post that revealed an email alleging that Biden’s son Hunter brokered a meeting between his father and Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to Burisma’s board. The campaign ruled out any official meetings between Pozharskyi and the former vice president, but could not say that the two never met.
All major news outlets are burying it. Even with plenty of corroborating evidence, and the Biden campaign saying “maybe, but it was just in passing and informal”, the media are “putting a lid on it”. The never Trumpers at Politico are taking it a step further by claiming, believe it or not, “This is a Russian disinformation operation”. That’s right, they are marching out all the same tired “experts” to claim this is 2016 all over again, and the Russians are helping Trump.

You need to read the whole amendment.
If the VP and either a majority of the cabinet or some other body deemed by Congress (Pelosi's new commission) declare Biden incapable, Biden has the opportunity to object.
If Biden objects, the original players have to override Biden's objection by appealing to Congress to decide. Then it goes to Congress where both chambers must attain a 2/3rds vote to override Biden and remove him.
This is where the scenario breaks down. Unless Biden is comatose or stroked out, we have to assume he fights it. If he fights it, I don't believe there are enough Republicans to join Democrats in putting Harris in the Presidency.

Technically, we're not voting for the candidate -- we're voting for a slate of Electors who will vote for the candidate when the Electoral College meets. The candidate's name is there only as a proxy for the Electors.
This means that Biden can drop out and be replaced by someone else, and any ballots cast in his name can still be counted for the slate of Democrat Electors. Those Electors will then vote for whomever they want within state Electoral College pledge requirements.

The beauty of this story is that Guiliani who has the hard drive with ALL the photos and e mails and controls the drip. Biden knows that. That’s why he had to own up to meeting the Burisma guy after trying to deny it. Basically Guiliani has the blue dress with Biden’s dna on it.

Considering the Democrats impeached Trump for far less than this, the least you could say is the Democrats have a double standard for their own conduct compared to others.
The clause is pretty standard among services that I’ve seen. If it’s not explicit, it’s implied.

As for directly scanning for child pr0n images, few servicing companies actually do it. The tools do exist, but they are limited in ability and scope (and there’s some ugly legal implications that can arise when using those.) Such scanners are more commonly used by large corporate internal security packages. Incidentally, most of the time that child pr0n is discovered in a service setting, it’s by a technician attempting to do data recovery (in which you have to check files to see if the files came back okay) or virus scanning (as many child pr0n files and acquisition software reportedly either contains viruses or use virus-like cloaking systems to try to hide and therefore set off alarms).
Best Buy’s service agreement specifically says that the company will be scanning your files as part of their servicing (legitimately, again for virus detection purposes if nothing else) and that if illegal materials are found, the authorities will be informed.

Article II and Amendment XII both say:”The Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves”.

If Biden drops out, any Democrat electors for President appointed on November 3 will be free to vote for whomever the DNC designates. Democrat electors for Vice President will be obliged to vote for Kamala Harris.
