Trump’s thigh-deep in the swamp, fighting the crocodiles, snakes and other vile critters who are only now showing their claws and fangs. And Mittens is blaming him for their venality. He’s one of them, and pretending to be above the fray, when he’s got money bet on the outcome and he’s every bit as bad as them. Trump is fighting them, and when they go low, he’s got to block it and counter.

Romney thinks we are stupid.

The peeps upset with Quenn of Michigan are angry about the COVID lockdown.

Put Romney on the roof and see how calm he remains.

In his world view it would be a chummy affair, like a polite polo match that he would lose every time. Trump is far from perfect, but his rough edges helped prevent a President Hillary Clinton from ever happening. When Romney refused to tell Candy Crawley to shut up and get out of the way, he handed Obama a second term. That sort of gentlemanly loser is a type found in the GOP (see G.H.W. Bush) but one we can no longer afford as demographics made GOP victories that much more difficult. Mitt - winning is more important than maintaining a sense of style.

The funniest part was the lefties attacking him for mentioning Keith Olberman.

I’ve spent 15 years exposing and railing against this scumbag. I know just how bad and dangerous he is. I told everyone on this website to vote against him whenever his name appeared. I refused to support him in 2012 under any circumstances (I had a foreign relative from Europe lobbying me to vote for him at the time — I told him when the Republican Establishment insisted on shoving Stalinazi Demonrat losers and ringers down our throats, they and he could expect the middle finger from me. No surprise 4 years later he didn’t want me voting for Trump).

It’s disgusting that Utah nominated and elected this vile, corrupt and deceitful megalomaniac. He’s only in the Senate to inflict more damage on the administration. Curiously his term will end with Trump’s 2nd term in 2024, and he won’t be there afterwards (and hopefully we get another excellent non-establishment President to succeed Trump, which is paramount).

Well, Mittens, when things were more polite - when you had some power and a chance to become President (you no longer do) - TPTB were busy stealing not just our money, but our liberties, our safety and our birthright. But, of course, they were GENTLEMEN when they were phucking all of us over - as if dressing in fine suits, speaking like the over-educated elitists that you are, having MANNERS - somehow that makes it OK, right? Yeah, not so much.

Now that President Trump is on the scene calling a spade a spade, exposing people like you for the greedy, lying, conniving scumbags that you are, there’s a lot of open struggle and nastiness. That’s because your kind aren’t willing to go away, you aren’t going to stop trying to enrich your families and increase your power over us average citizens, not without a fight. So for the first time in well over a century, someone is fighting your kind...and you don’t like it. Well, guess what, we the 99% not only don’t give a rat’s ass that you don’t like it and view it as a mortal threat to your lifestyle (you didn’t do anything prison-worthy, did you?), in fact we positively ENJOY your discomfort and your fear.

Hope to see you behind bars soon, Mittens!

Really nice list.

I especially liked this one:

“Now let me turn to national security and the safety of our homes and loved ones. Mr. Trump’s bombast is already alarming the allies and fueling the enmity of our enemies. Insulting all Muslims will keep many of them from fully engaging with us in the urgent fight against ISIS, and for what purpose? Muslim terrorists would only have to lie about their religion to enter the country.”

Fact: At the height of the COVID pandemic in April, the Mormon Church announced that the UAE had invited them to build a temple in Dubai and they had accepted the offer.

Trump made this possible by negotiating a deal between Israel and the UAE which normalized relations between the two nations.

That was all Kabuki theater. He wasn’t running to win. If Willard REALLY wanted to be President, he’d have run and won. He only goes nuclear against Conservatives and people that are in his way.

Against real Conservative opposition, Zero would’ve been obliterated in either 2008 or 2012. In his entire life, he only faced true opposition once when he ran for Congress against Bobby Rush, and Rush destroyed him easily. Otherwise, he either had candidates removed (as he did with his initial State Senate opponent and later U.S. Senate opponent) or watched as the Butcheress of Benghazi’s personal epic-high disapprovals gain him the Presidential nomination by default.

The Derp State Establishment didn’t want him to have real opposition, and he never did.

‘a vile, vituperative, hate-filled morass’

Well, at least someone subscribes to the “Word-of-the-day”.

Rather than weaselly, back-stabbing, talking out of both sides of your mouth, like he practices politics.

His political career in Utah would be over of he does that. And he knows it.

I supported McCain Palin but Romney Ryan was a RINO too far for me. I was resigned for 0 for another 4 years. If Romney had somehow won I wouldn’t have been upset but I refused to support him. Both 2008 and 2012 were elections from hell.

He’ll be making a mad dash for the nomination in 2024, thinking that the never-Trumpers he’s been showboating for are a real constituency. I will register Republican (presently independent) just to vote against him, and in favor of Pence, or even...gulp...Cruz instead. He took a dive in 2012, as if nobody would even suspect. Dirt bag.
