Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) said Friday on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut” that it was “long past time” President Donald Trump should be removed from office because he’s incapable of doing his job under the 25th Amendment.
Anchor Joy Reid said, “The speaker said she thinks there should be a commission to examine whether it’s time for the 25th Amendment based on erratic and bizarre behavior. Now he’s going to go back to spreading the virus personally. Do you think it’s time to invoke the 25th Amendment?”

It’s been a few weeks since i heard the latest croakings from Mad Maxine.

25th amendment to remove a sitting president requires a far higher threshold than impeachment.
First President sends a letter to congress countering the claims. Next a vote is to be taken in both houses of congress where 2/3rds of both houses is required for the president to step down.
Back in 2016 I followed that website Real clear politics which allowed me to accurately predict Trump would beat Hillary.
I can see now Trump is going to win over Biden granted he does nothing to screw it up. He is pulling ahead of his numbers in 2016. If you recall at this time back in 2016 Hillary has paid those hos to accuse Trump of sexual assault and her numbers went straight up. Well Trump STILL won and by a sizable margin.
Well here we are the same time, a little more than 3 weeks before the election and Trump is AHEAD of where he was back in 2016 which suggests to me he may very well obliterate Biden. Of this also depends on whether voter fraud is kept to a minimum.

Two items struck me...where they say there will be a problem when the have nots outnumber the haves....and that there is no check on the Supreme Court.

Another thing I learned along the way...was that all 13 States at that time were instructed to pass State Constitutions prior to the Federal Constitution taking effect. You will see many Bill of Rights items in those documents.

What the US offered that made it stand out was opportunity; people could escape the Old World and get ahead better here (and this continues to this day for the Third World).
