The clip is unclear. Trump is talking about the 33,000 emails, then Pompeo says we’ve got them, but doesn’t mention the 33,000. He might be talking about just the classified emails.

Only if those foreign governments are “enemies”. We are no longer in the Cold War, so I don’t think the Russian government would be classified as such legally. Now if it involved giving away secrets, espionage would work, regardless of whether they were enemies or allies.
If the story is true, more than anything, I want to see Biden’s name in there on more than a few occasions. Hopefully incriminating against him too.

She deserves to be charged with multiple crimes starting with Whitewater. And still she walks free.
I won’t push the issue but I don’t know if “enemy” has much legal definition. Heck, people argue over the legal definition of “Natural Born Citizen”. If treason were defined as assisting “foreign countries with which we are in a state of declared war” then I’d say no charges would stick. But if today were Dec 1 1941 and you were helping Imperial Japan gain knowledge of our situation in Hawaii, I’d say that was treason. But, you know, Pearl Harbor hadn’t happened yet, so maybe Japan wasn’t an “enemy” and maybe “treason” charges wouldn’t stick.
If he were still alive the Clintons would have another job for Sandy Berger.

There’s so much subterfuge and truckery in D.C. I don’t know what’s true anymore. But- I’ve always had a hunch Barr is one of the good guys. We’ll see.

i haven’t checked it out myself, but some folks say he played
a big role in the Ruby Ridge fiasco, defending the government
agents.
If that is true, I have deep suspicions about him.
There was no defense of what was done to the Weavers.
Government agents should have gone to prison over that one.
Instead they seemed to have received clearance and
promotions.
