The mother and sisters of Alvin Cole were arrested Thursday night by Wauwatosa police, who were cracking down on protesters after curfew.
Multiple people who witnessed the arrests said Tracy, Taleavia and Tristiana Cole were taken into custody just after 8:30 p.m. along with several others in the parking lot of St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church at the intersection of Wauwatosa and Milwaukee avenues.
Wauwatosa was under a 7 p.m. curfew Thursday, the second night of protests after Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm decided not to charge Police Officer Joseph Mensah with the shooting death of Cole, 17, earlier this year at Mayfair mall.
A Facebook livestream taken from inside the Cole car by another daughter revealed a chaotic scene in which law enforcement officers threatened the use of Tasers and may have broken the arm of Tracy Cole, 48.
"I’m Alvin Cole’s mother," Tracy Cole screamed repeatedly as officers pulled her out of her car and handcuffed her.
"I can't believe y’all did this to me. Y’all killed my son," she screamed to the officers.
"I can't breathe," she said, multiple times. "I can't breathe."
Tracy Cole said her head was bleeding and she believed her arm was broken, according to the livestream.
Cole family attorney Kimberley Motley said Tracy Cole was taken to Froedtert Hospital with an injury to her arm and forehead. One daughter, Tristiana, was taken there as well.
At 11:39, Motley tweeted the two had been released from the hospital, adding: "Police refusing to give answer on where Taleavia Cole has been taken."
Motley called the arrests “absolutely disgusting.”
“I can’t speak to my client and I’d like to speak to my client and that’s a problem,” Motley said about 10:15 p.m. of Tracy Cole in an interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

This time it was a BLACK cop shooting a BLACK teen. No charges are being filed against the officer, so they obviously have a good case and lots of video of the incident.

"A statement issued about 9:20 p.m. by the People's Revolution, which has organized protest marches this summer, said, in part: 'It is despicable that the Wauwatosa Police Department would arrest the members of the family of Alvin Cole, who their Officer killed.'"

It’s remarkable how the police shoot back. This all has ZERO to do with “police brutality” or excessive force or any of that. It’s just lawless rioting. It’s what Biden-Harris want to happen. There’s nothing complicated about shutting it down. The riots are funded. Cut off the money and arrest the rioters.
Another black teen will choose trial by combat with the police after committing a crime. It WILL happen. Repeatedly. It might be happening right now. Those dangerous situations will result in deaths. The rioting has to be stopped. The rioters have political representation. Do law-abiding people?

Business owners were boarding up their businesses ahead of time. Greenfield and Wauwatosa police sent out correspondence to residents of both communities warning us to expect trouble the day before the announcement of no charges being filed.
Roads in Greenfield were blocked in advance by the LEOs. After the 7:00pm curfew many vehicles were towed and impounded. The protestors moved to I-94 and marched there on the freeway.
Greenfield police did not play around!
She can’t breathe due to a surfeit of adipose tissue.
And, once again for those in the media who flunked anatomy- if you have enough breath to say “i can’t breathe” then you can.
