A poll of a selection of U.S. voters found 56 percent of respondents said they expect to see “an increase in violence as a result of the election” amongst other reservations about the election results just weeks before Election Day.
When asked about just what sort of violence they expected to see, those polled responded with “riots,” “looting,” “burning” as some of their predictions. “Trashing of cities” was another response.
The YouGov poll was completed between October 1 – 2, 2020 and used 1,503 respondents.
It followed another poll released October 1 that found 61 percent of Americans agree with the concern the U.S. could be on the verge of another Civil War.
Additionally, 52 percent of consumers have also stockpiled food or essential goods in anticipation of social unrest tied to a resurgence of coronavirus in the coming months and/ or the election.
The responses follow a tumultuous summer of street riots across America led by left-wing political agitators.

My only worry on this is if enough people think voting for Joe will prevent bloodshed.
It might in the immediate time frame, but in the long run, many, many more would brutally die under the Communists.

The country is too big, too diverse, too centralized, too divided and now too dysfunctional to continue in its present form. The Founding Fathers had great ideas and left us a great legacy. We squandered it.
It won't last long because our side can easily win a physical conflict.
The Leftists will probably use other means before they resort to civil war: crying "racism, unfairness, disenfranchisement," ballot harvesting, lawyers, court challenges, media manipulation, propaganda, outright lying, cheating, voter fraud and irregularities, chaos, idle threats, extortion, etc.
They can't afford to challenge us to a tough man's war, and they know it.

This is the quintessential example of agenda setting. If you asked the same respondents and open ended question “What sort of aftermath do you expect for the election of 2020?” and let respondents offer up a response you would probably get 2-3% addressing violence. But if you ask it as “What level of violence do you expect after the 2020 election?” You have framed and compartmentalized the answer. Pretty elementary stuff, but there are no standards in the media anymore.
If it gets to THAT point, messy is OK.
We need to stop pretending we are one country. We are too. Costal America bs heartland America. Costal America will vote 70 percent for BIden.
I agree President Trump will win - at first - in a landslide leading to the antifa/BLM riots.
Then the two week (to 2 month) “after vote” = fraud vote - will come in.
It’s after the fraud vote comes in if it “defeats” President Trump that I would expect Marches in the streets at least.
OK, if NO numbers are released until ALL votes have been received nd counted. Don't let 'em know how many they need!

It won’t be a civil war. Most people are too lazy to even get up out of their easy chairs. Most of the fighting will be from the keyboard commandos...you know the one’s “I’m prepared to go toe to toe with them evil doers...right after I get my nap in..:)
Face it folks...very little is going to happen, it’s all hype to keep people stirred up and to get them to vote for the person who promises to not let anything bad happen.
BTW...if you are stocking up on stuff why in the he** would you advertise that fact on a msg board like this one??
Might as well put a sign in your front yard saying “I’ve got stuff you want...come get it”. You won’t last long no matter how much of a bada** you might think you are....there are wolves out there, with military and tactical training, that will take you out in a heartbeat if they really want your “stuff”.
Now I’m prepping like I did for Y2K...a 12 pack of Bud and a couple bags of Doritos...:)
