According to administration sources, the press conference will be about the British ISIS terrorists known as “The Beatles." The two notorious British Islamic State (ISIS) terrorists, who allegedly had a hand in the torture and beheadings of U.S. hostages in Syria, will be coming to the United States in the coming weeks to face trial.

I found this article, it states the Iraq would have hang them for us.
"U.S. Attorney General William Barr instructed British authorities to give evidence by Oct. 15 or Elsheikh and Kotey would be moved to Iraqi custody, effectively ensuring a death sentence. The evidence was sent two weeks ago."
We should let them be handed over to Iraq instead of wasting tax payers dollars.
