There are no 2nd Amendment rights with Soros DAs. And if you remember it was the sleazy prosecutor that tampered with the evidence.
A third world legal system.

I though the prosecutor’s office dismantled and rebuilt her handgun.

Mark and Patricia McCloskey were not on our side when this started, but that is irrelevant. They are victims of evil, and I hope they will prevail despite the corruption of the district attorney. Self defense is a God-given right, and the Second Amendment protects that right.

Seems like all these sorry Soros Post Turtles are outright rabid communist black female libs. The whole lot of em need to be purged, and Soros and his ilk need to be extradited to Russia. They know EXACTLY what to do with em over there.

Didn’t the Governor already promise a pardon? It looks like it’s time for him (her?) to keep that promise.

Like an impeachment, a charge is NOT A CONVICTION! The Grand Jury (GJ) process is DESIGNED to only stop an indictment / charge IF it is totally outrageous. The ONLY thing that the GJ hears is from the prosecution, thee is no defense allowed. So this was already ‘baked in the cake’! This is why these SOROS-backed DAs are so dangerous.

Some people here have their eyes closed, THESE McCloskeys have been shown to be mostly conservatives but with that relatively popular name their record has been confused with Hillary Supporters in 2016. Yes there was 'some?' donations to a BLM group but it appears to be through' legal aid'(?)
According to the FEC, THIS Mark McCloskey made 20 contributions between October 2016 and February 2017 to the Republican National Committee or Donald Trumps presidential campaign. Those are his most recent campaign contributions.

At some point you can prove a malicious prosecution and sue the state, thus banking crazy money on this. Also, personal lawsuits against the DA and assistants. Bankrupt them forever.
