Biden campaign asking for two breaks during the 90 minute commercial free showdown.................
CLEVELAND -- President Trump is asking for an additional ground rule ahead of Tuesday night’s first presidential debate between himself and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.
Fox News has learned that the president’s re-election campaign wants the Biden campaign to allow a third party to inspect the ears of each debater for electronic devices or transmitters. The president has consented to this kind of inspection, but Biden has not, so far, sources said.
Over the last several weeks, the former vice president's campaign has also requested two breaks -- one every 30 minutes -- to break up the 90-minute commercial-free program. But that request has been denied by their Trump counterparts, Fox News is told.

First, I read elsewhere that there WAS a rule for inspection, and that Biden’s team is now reneging.
Second, I would totally go for the “2 break rule”, with the stipulation that the break be televised, and that no commentary be added. Biden walks off the stage, and the cameras remain on, while Trump stands there waiting for Biden to come back.

Before one of Bill Clinton's debates it was publicly announced in the MSM that he would be wearing new hearing aids because his hearing was failing. I don't recall ever seeing him wear them after that, do you?

Biden’s is surgically implanted under the skin and uses bone conduction. I don’t think it will be visible enough to prove anything.
thats why I think the question should be any type of electronic device to allow communications being worn or implanted .....
