Fauci is playing the people.

1.They cannot let Joe out of the basement. The virus is the only logical reason to keep him from campaigning. The dementia gaffe machine cannot be let loose.

2. They cannot allow their followers to interact with those that are sane and logical. “Lock them up” is the new catchphrase for the Biden campaign. They don’t mean the Trump followers, they mean the Biden voters.
