The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday, sponsored by Whatfinger News – The best Drudge Report alternative, shows that 46% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 37% who Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing and 48% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -11. (see trends)

Down 8% in a weekend? Either the 52% was false or the 46% is false.
Tax story is killing him. Everyone that pays taxes listens to this one, regardless of truth in it.
They may not “approve” but they will still vote for him.
Conservatives are lying to pollsters. It is inconceivable to me that Trump would be behind Biden - anytime, anywhere, for any reason!

The last data set would have been collected on Friday so it was well before the tax story.
Rasmussen does this so they can put out a post-debate poll showing massive improvement, and allow the right-wing media to use that shift to proclaim that “polls show Trump won the debate.”
And even at 46, that is only about a point or two behind where Obama was in 2012 and he had the unending adulation of the media and Hollyweird behind him.
This is total BS. That tax story is already a dud. It has been proven over and over that folks do not care about Trump’s taxes.
Just damn. Actually I expected an up bump after ACB. The tax thing might have nicked him especially after the out context hit job MSM did with it. You must expect Biden to do well if you expect him up on Wed.
The notion that there are actual major swings in the approval rating for a few days is insane on its face.
Most folks are set in their opinions, and minor events are not likely to change their views.
This “polling” stuff is less reliable than astrology or ouija boards.

The tax story probably isn’t a player, since it broke just yesterday. Sometimes we see differences in results when RasmussenReports contracts with a new polling outfit. This week, they’re contracted with “Whatfinger.”

Why would you trust a Rasmussen poll, especially one that is an obvious falsified outlier?
It was never 52 percent nationally, that is ridiculous.
