What is going on at Times Square tonight? Loads of people but, the traffic and how the people are organized are odd

Hey, so I drive myself crazy watching cams all over the world, particularly Times Square.

The way the people are situated and the traffic seems odd.

There a quite a bit more people than the last several months and that is exciting but, something about it is off.

There is only one cop car, when there had been 6-8

They look like they are standing in patterns, there are personally owned vehicles(where are they going to park? In San Francisco most garages are closed) and just the one cop cat

During a normal Saturday night, Times Square looks like an overcrowded Fellini freakshow.
