Florida’s cash flow is dependent on tourism. He is right on in this approach. Who wants to visit Florida on vacation and run into the same BS they have at home?
Getting in a cop’s face and shouting at him is a low-class, despicable thing to do. However, it is speech, and is therefore protected by the First Amendment. If the cop ordered the shouting idiot to move aside so that the cop could then deal with a rioter or other potential lawbreaker, then you might have a case against the idiot if he refused to move and let the cop perform his duty. Possibly an obstruction of justice charge could be warranted in such a case. If the shouting idiot in any way touched the cop, assault charges could be filed. Shouting, though l, in and of itself cannot be criminalized.

DeSantis is among the best governors in the country. He is very responsive to problems as they arise and confronts them immediately.
We moved away from FL a few months after the election. I am so glad I got to vote for DeSantis before we left!
Harassment is harassment and getting inches away from anyone’s face practically spitting from yelling should be illegal. Nothing about free speech for attempting to incite another person or goading them into Possibly committing violence should be acceptable under any circumstances...period!
