The US govt last week updated the survival rates (i.e., IF infected) for Covid19:

That is 1/20 IF they get infected. Sensible precautions can go a long ways toward avoiding infection.
Also, there is no explanation of the effect of the HCQ triple therapy or the Ivermectin quadruple therapy on Infection Fatality Ratio. They don’t tell us what therapies were used on the people who died. Given the improvements in therapies, the actual IFR rates WITH THE BEST THERAPY could be well below these reported numbers.

We have had two deaths in my County attributed to the virus. Now it’s not a large County, maybe 50,000 people.
However one of the deaths was an elderly woman with terminal cancer who was projected to live 12 months. She died in month 11, and was classified as a virus death.

Not sure that you would want PDJT announcing that COVID-19 is averaging 8x as serious/deadly as normal flu...would cause more “Karen behavior” and lockdown behavior by state governors.
Normal influenza averaged an IFR of between 0.096% and 0.176% over the past 10 flu seasons...the CDC IFR numbers mentioned in this thread give an overall IFR (all age groups) of 1.48%. (8 times as high as the worst flu season in the last 10 years).
