It was the dogs that did the job. A hotspot would erupt and the 4 man squad would arrive, take up a position and wait for the dog. Then the ambulance would be called for the rioter when the dog was done.
This ended things pretty quickly and from the radio commentary and cell phone traffic the police credited the dogs. It caused quite an uproar and resulted in a horrible consent decree with the DOJ. but, it was fun while it lasted.

The election is holding up this response. They want trump to react to this so they can hang him with the casualties they are prepared to accept to prevent him from another term. After the election Trump can pretty do whatever he wishes as there will not be another election the left can get agitated over. He will do much good in cleaning the country up, which should pave the way for the next GOP prez.
