A slow motion apocalypse.

The Usual Suspects have finally grasped the concept of Incrementalism. Boiling the frog, so to speak.

They'll milk this "pandemic" BS until they've wrecked the economy, stolen an election and turned their sycophants into soldiers.

Cinder Blocks: Turning Lemons into Lemonade! :)

“I cannot tell you how much I despise people who use their land as an open landfill.”

When Beau and his friend got a steal of a deal on 21 acres and a ‘house’ (shack, but good enough for hunting) near the Wisconsin/MI border, I spent an afternoon with trash bags in the woodlot behind the shack picking up DECADES of trash that was thrown there. I made an effort to pick up the plastic, glass and aluminum; the rest would rot. I filled a dozen black trash bags and hardly made a dent.

Another area is nothing but beer cans! At least they made an attempt to separate their trash, but still! A dumb bird keeps her nest cleaner!

“Man made shortages caused by well, preppers.”

LOL! I call BS on your posts at least once a day in my head, but today, I had to do it publicly.

Yes, there were shortages, but it was more from UNPREPARED folks in Panic Mode, thanks to the Enemy Media and some dumb government moves when this whole STUPIDITY started.

Preppers already had what they needed to weather the storm. I didn’t need to buy any TP or vinegar or bleach or whatever else the Enemy Media was preaching that day for a ‘Plan-demic Emergency Kit.’

You could be right but I am looking forward to the fire sale after the hoax is over.

I’m tired of the drama, drama and more drama about everything. Savages raging and rioting over what mostly amounts to believing lies or just because they can. Apologists for everything under the sun including the sun coming up. And the never ending “most important election of our lives” that reruns every 4 years along with the always popular mail in ballots and impeachment on/off the table and immature self centered congresscritters not doing their jobs and their fighting over judicial nominees BEFORE they’re even announced.

But most of what I’m sick and tired of is the infighting over masks. FR fighting over little bits of cloth. It’s no wonder people are leaving.

That does sound worse. I wish you good fortune and good health. Sorry to hear about the traitors. There are people you can trust but always verify. Hope you find trustworthy friends. They are worth more than a lot material goods.

We are planning to top off supplies of staples and refill our 3 fifty five gallon blue water containers before Nov 3rd. We prepped 10 years ago.

I was thinking of getting a couple of goats when we move to the mountains but I’ll defer to your experience and stick with my chickens. We got a lot of veggies out of a raised bed and containers during the summer. My Okra is still producing but I’ve pulled everything else up and putting in the fall garden now. My collards and Swiss chard will make it through the GA winter as long as I keep plastic over the frame. I always do homegrown collards for Christmas dinner.

I’m sorry to hear of that.

I will be praying for you.

We looked at a property many years ago in the country and the back was filled with trash bags they never took to the dump, plus some old rotting furniture.

We decided against that house for that reason alone.

You do realize, don’t you, that prepping includes a whole lot more than binge shopping in the teeth of an emergency.

It means being ready to feed yourself, and having the skills to fix stuff on your own.

To be ready to heat your house when the power’s out, which means having a generator and fuel on hand.

It means knowing how to grow, cook, bake, sew, can, repair, keep warm, improvise, protect yourself, hunt, and keep yourself entertained.

But maybe I’m expecting too much from you to grasp what prepping is all about.

I love preppers. It will be nice to steal their cache when the SHTF time comes.

To: Tilted Irish Kilt
Because it was a blight, it spread throughout the soil and the land, and led to forced migration of millions of Irish.

Before the planned Kennedy/Clinton/Bush/McCain/Obama illegal invasion chiefly via Mexico, we Irish were one-eighth of the US population—a mixed blessing for both countries. American Irish did send personal financial support for many generations, but that also entailed not just funds for the liberation of the Republic of Ireland, but also for both sides of the terror conflict between the (southern) Republic, Northern Ireland and other parts of UK that persisted until a few years ago.

Try it and you’ll find out how many have a lot of land and a backhoe.
