Everything the Media Claimed About Breonna Taylor’s Death Was a Lie – Truth Surfaces – No Police Charged in Her Death
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | September 23, 2020 | Sundance

Everything the media and lawyer Ben Crump claimed about the death of Breonna Taylor and the circumstances around her death was based on lies. The officials in Kentucky allowed a mountain of lies to grow until the evidence was finally presented to a grand jury and the Kentucky Attorney General was forced to admit the truth.

According to evidence revealed at a press conference by AG Daniel Cameron, the police executed a search warrant by knocking on the door. Breonna Taylor and her boyfriend Kenneth Walker refused to answer the door after the police identified themselves. The police broke down the door. Kenneth Walker was armed and shot first at police. The police returned fire and that’s how Breonna Taylor was shot and killed.  WATCH:

“I think he dropped to the ground faster. “

That makes sense.

Why in the world should the AG be removed?

The media claimed Breonna Taylor was shot during a “no knock” warrant – False.

The police had a no-knock warrant.

They said they knocked and announced.

As far as I can figure out, both statements are true.

The question is, did Breonna Taylor and her boyfriend know the people pounding on the door were police?

If they did not know, both the police and the boyfriend can be justified in their actions.

...both the police and the boyfriend can be justified in their actions.
And there it is.

Unfortunately it doesn't fit the narrative. So...

From usatoday.com:
The police who were investigating Taylor’s apartment did have a "no-knock" warrant to enter that address. The warrant for Taylor's address was approved due to Taylor’s prior association with a suspect in a drug case.

They executed the warrant with knock and announce.

That gave the people inside about 30 seconds to respond. After midnight.

They were responding (The survivor says they did not know the person/people at the door were police), when the police broke in the door.

The boyfriend fired, and the police fired back, killing Breonna.

And this is the unfortunate tragedy of no-knock warrants. Even though they knocked and announced, they then executed a dynamic entry that immediately went sideways.

If they had had regular warrant, they would have waited until somebody actually answered the door instead of breaching it in less than a minute.

No knocks are illegal in my state, for which I am profoundly grateful.

It used to be, warrant service after 8 or 9 p.m. was not allowed, because it was dangerous.

This was a knock and announce warrant executed much like a no-knock warrant.

The warrant itself was signed off as a no-knock. They decided to knock and announce first because Ms. Taylor was expected to be alone and low risk.

But because they were authorised to do a dynamic entry, they did one because they didn’t come to the door fast enough.

$12 million dollar civil payout, probably 3-4 times that in property and economic loss. Very expensive lesson.

My friend’s tenant, who’s a police officer, felt she was a cover-up.

I heard him going on about it and thought he was clueless. A week previous Joe Pags (sp?) had the scoop on this. It seems Hannity is intellectually lazy.

Why was the city in such a rush to pay out millions to her family? They couldn’t wait for the grand jury to come down?? The cops are innocent in her death, but the taxpayers are still on the hook. Despicable!!

The police are not guilty because they followed procedure and the law.

But, the procedure and law resulted in an innocent person dying.

That is, in part, why the city paid out.

Because the law is followed does not mean there was justice.

So it was her boyfriend who caused her death.

_________________________________________________________________

Breonna Taylor caused her own death. She was running drugs and allowing her drug running boyfriends to stay at her house, they took turns.

Illegal drug running is a dangerous business to be in. A lot of drug pushers end up getting killed either by other pushers who want their territory or by cops trying to catch them.

If people think that they can change the outcome of the grand jury by breaking windows, starting fires and shooting cops they are wrong, all those things will do is make people vote for law and order.

“My friend’s tenant”?

What was covered up? The fact that Brenna was an accomplice?

“(The survivor says they did not know the person/people at the door were police)”

Survivor? The drug dealer. Why would a drug dealer lie?
