BALTIMORE (ChurchMilitant.com) - The Baltimore archdiocese is demanding a Catholic school use male pronouns for a third-grade girl who says she is a boy.
Denise Ball, assistant superintendent of Catholic schools in the Baltimore archdiocese, threatened teachers at School of the Incarnation in Maryland with termination if they do not address a third-grade female student as a boy in the name of being "more tolerant."
The third-grade student is the daughter of the assistant principal at School of the Incarnation.

We were outraged to learn our Catholic school’s Vice Principal, Ben Lorenz, has decided his 3rd grade daughter is now a “Boy” and has forced the school community to use a new name and preferred male pro-nouns when referring to his daughter.
The child actually stood up in class on 9/08/2020 and announced “I’m a boy now! It’s bad enough our child has worries about the Coronavirus, but now he comes home asking why his classmate is no longer a girl and is suddenly a boy. THIS IS NOT A CONVERSATION WE SHOULD HAVE TO HAVE WITH A 3RD GRADER IN A SUPPOSEDLY CATHOLIC SCHOOL! My son is worried that she will be allowed to use the boy’s bathroom and is just confused about the entire thing.
To make matters worse, an official from the Archdiocese of Baltimore has threatened teachers with dismissal if they mention any of this. With all the talk about transparency, the hotlines set up to report abuse, you would think the Archdiocese would have learned its lesson about cover-ups. Archbishop Lori should take a strong public stand against forcing Catholic School parents and teachers to accept transgenderism in Catholic schools.
My husband and I, as well as several families we have talked to, just don’t understand how a Catholic school could do this to us. Several are afraid to speak up and are quietly beginning to look for alternative schools. In the end though, this isn’t just about schooling, it’s about salvation. A teacher is supposed to be a minister of the Catholic faith. I am extremely disappointed that a threat of termination is enough for good Catholics to stay quiet.
The Vatican’s Congregation for Catholic Education calls the idea of people's gender identities existing along a spectrum "nothing more than a confused concept of freedom in the realm of feelings and wants." Pope Francis has strongly criticized modern theories saying such theories do not "recognize the order of creation." Francis also said: “Today, in schools they are teaching this to children — to children! — that everyone can choose their gender.”
Sadly the school that is teaching this to children is:

The Principal has called each 3rd grade family individually to try and convince them to be accepting of the situation with the "trans" 3rd grader. She argued that four of the five pastors of parishes that feed into the school are supportive but admitted the 5th is "struggling with it" and has been "tough".

are aware that, according to the Principal, their pastors support forcing teachers to use male pronouns on a 3rd grade girl who claims to be "trans"? When boys claim to be girls in Catholic high schools, will these same pastors support boys using the same locker rooms and playing on the same sports teams as our Catholic daughters? Shame on them. Shame on all of them!
Once again our clergy have failed our children. Once again the Catholic Church is silencing those who try expose the truth.
***A special note to the principal. When you called us, did you really expect us to be honest with our opposition? If teachers are being threatened, what would happen to our kids if we dared to speak out?

This is a perversion of what is real. No matter how much hormone therapy, surgical manipulation, Phsycological manipulation and other distortions, a person cannot change his or her gender. If you were born a female you will die as a female. The same is true for males. For a Catholic archdiocese to go along with this distortion is a grave sin. See the bible!

Will do. My daughters religion teacher was fired in a Catholic school
for teaching 7th And 8th graders that abortion is wrong , gay marriage is not marriage and boys and girls are different. Some of the radical parents did not like these teachings and he was fired as a result. It was very upsetting.
