Amateur Jared Kushner vs. Pro John Kerry
American Thinker ^ | Eugene Veklerov

Donald Trump has outsourced his Middle East policy to his son-in-law Jared Kushner. At best, it would be a waste of time, as Kushner had no experience in foreign policy. At worst, he will use this opportunity to line his own pockets.

That was one of the many lines of attacks waged by the mainstream media on President Trump. Why is amateur Kushner in the White House at all, they asked indignantly? Then something unexpected happened:

The United Arab Emirates and Bahrain announced peace deals with Israel. This good news for the world was bad news for the media. The news was reported, well, kind of, but no one acknowledged that miserable failure of the media’s gloomy predictions.

Here is how John Kerry, a seasoned professional, lectured his audience in a professorial tone of voice in 2016:

"There will be no separate peace between Israel and the Arab world," Kerry began at a speaking engagement. "I want to make that very clear with all of you. I've heard several prominent politicians in Israel sometimes saying, 'Well, the Arab world is in a different place now. We just have to reach out to them. We can work some things with the Arab world and we'll deal with the Palestinians.' No. No, no, and no."

Bad news for the Military Industrial Complex crowd too.

Jared Kushner lacked experience. There is no doubt. Kushner is a man that never worked in government. He worked in the private sector. That's his scarlet letter. He is not part of the deep state, so obviously he has no experience.

It make you wonder if that vast majority of people working in government are absolute hacks.

John Kerry. President of Veterans Against the War. John Kerry, who said he threw his Vietnam War decorations over the fence of The White House. That John Kerry?

Oh, I don’t “wonder” about that at all. I’m certain of it.

"It make you wonder if that vast majority of people working in government are absolute hacks."

Do you mean people who are working for an organization that doesn't need compete against others for their very existence, like corporations do?

Do you mean people who are impossible to fire and don't have to perform to keep their job?

Do you mean people who get the greatest retirement benefits on the planet?

Those people?

;)

John Kerry a seasoned “professional?” John Kerry was a career party-lining drone. Eternal incumbency in a one party fiefdom does not confer wisdom.

You wonder? I don't. They are for the most part hacks, especially on the deep state GOPee and dem side of things.

I don’t like either one of these guys. But Jared did get something done. He’s looking a mite better in my eyes. All I can think of John Skerry is the day I saw him throw his medals over the White House fence. Him and Jane Fondle can go to HELL.

The only arab “leaders” that traitor Kerry talked to were the Iranians, the same ones he gave billions of dollars to. No one else would give that loser the time of day.

Kerry is not a pro at anything. He’s an opportunistic traitor.

FU, painting all government employees with the same brush. 2 years ago, I took a $30K per year pay cut and traded in a health benefits program that makes the federal one I am in look down right cheap in comparison. I support my state NG, which is covered under that whole “national defense” thing in the Constitution. So, I don’t feel bad doing it. I work hard to provide support, and ensure I earn my paycheck. I owe that to the soldiers I support, and the taxpayers. There are many like me, as well. Sure, there are some bad ones; just like in any private industry, and they need to be called out. To paint, the entire group like you just did, though, is no better, and just as intellectually vacant, as those that chant, “ ALL COPS ARE BASTARDS”, or that call US service members “Nazis” and “baby killers”.

“It make you wonder if that vast majority of people working in government are absolute hacks.”

The simple answer to that question is generally, YES.
Especially in the federal government in WA, DC.

My older brother worked for the VA in DC straight out of college back in the 1980s. He was told that IF he stayed with the federal government for more than two years, he would find it very hard to find employment in the private sector. That the businesses around DC knew that if you chose to continue working for the federal government for more than a couple years you lacked ambition and were thought of as lazy.

This does not apply to people working for the border patrol in AZ, TX. It does not apply to the forest service in MT. It does not apply to the Justice Dept or FBI, etc.

What it applies to are these people who work at the all the big federal agencies in Washington, DC.
