NEW Poll: Lindsey tied with Democrat
Morning Consult ^ | Sep 22 | BY ELI YOKLEY

- Graham is tied with Democratic challenger Jaime Harrison, 46% to 45%, consistent with polling since July.

- Graham leads Harrison among white likely voters, 58% to 32%, while Harrison has a 70-point lead among Black voters, 81% to 11%.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) is facing a tighter-than-expected re-election race this fall, according to Morning Consult polling, driven largely by the reticence of some Republican voters to commit to supporting him.

But strategists in the state on both sides of the aisle expect conservatives will fall in line for the three-term incumbent and Senate Judiciary Committee chairman as he prepares to play a pivotal role in advancing President Donald Trump’s nominee to replace the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

POTUS should consider nominating a conservative black female judge from a battleground state to the SCOTUS.

It would help him and Graham.

I’m no fan of Graham. His perfidy, back-stabbing and carrying water for John McCain has nauseated me for many years.

BUT, THIS is a seminal event. We have been fighting for more than 50 years to wrest the SC away from activist judges. THIS is our chance! If Graham gets this nomination out of Committee and onto the floor for a winning vote then he deserves another term.

Remember, the 4th Circuit case killing Obamacare is on the upcoming docket. This can kill it in a way that John Roberts cannot prevent.

Remember the GOP promising for years to “repeal Obamacare root and branch”? What happened there?

President Trump’s first term is gone. Stolen by the Uniparty. He’ll never get it back and anything Graham does as Judiciary chairman pales in comparison to the coupist crimes the GOP controlled Senate has aided and abeted.

I am not going to count my chickens on this SCOTUS nominee given the historical unreliably of GOP SCOTUS nominees. Even Gorsuch and Kavanaugh have already voted with Democrats on important cases. It’s a fools errand to think another Trump SCOTUS nom is going to change the balance of power in our institutions.

Graham is simply doing his job advancing a GOP POTUS SCOTUS pick. He gets no medal for that.

Likely just a fake poll. his odds are good to win.
R’s usually win about 65-35 statewide in SC
Linda was lower 56-44 in 2014.
There are very few opportunities to beat RINO globalist scum.
I’ll be watching the polls closely. I think we can win the senate without him. He isn’t beatable in primaries here.
