Strap In for the Ginsburg Riots, Kids
So, how was your weekend?
The news of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburgs passing on Friday certainly ratcheted up the 2020 crazy by several orders of magnitude, didnt it?
I was heading out to meet some friends when I saw the news on Twitter and my first thought was, This might be the last time I can get out and have fun before peaceful protests begin again. The lefties wasted little time in confirming my suspicion that RBGs death was going to do the seemingly impossible: make them even more unhinged.
The civil unrest that weve been dealing with since May got out of hand because it was being aided and abetted by elected Democratic officials in each of the riot cities. Democrats were perfectly OK with looking the other way and pretending that the riots werent happening. It wasnt until last week that Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi got around to condemning the violence, and that was only after new polling revealed that voter sentiment in the riot zones was shifting to Trump.
D.C. Democrats are already caterwauling about what they will do if the Senate votes to replace Ginsburg before the election and they happen to win control of the White House and Senate in November.

Good on 9’s also. I’m stuck with some 45LC though. No one I know owns one.
I was in our Cabelas a couple weeks ago. There was .270, .300 Mag, and 6.5 Creedmoor ammo on the rifle side. I didn’t look too deep, but front and center on the handgun side was a bunch of .41 Mag ammo.
So if you’re into slightly offbeat calibers you should be ok. The Creedmoor surprised me, though. That’s a very popular chambering these days.
not telling you who “we” is, but we all roll level IV armor, which defeats all the rounds you listed, even 30.06... i see LOTS of people in level IV that are NOT on our side too... just sayin’.
Good to know. At what range?
“Thats a very popular chambering these days.”
Mostly in the gun press.
Few have purchased ANOTHER AR-15.
Most folks are looking for the basic home defenders...pistols and shotguns.
Yep. And there will be a very large pile of spent brass before that happens.
I was at our range a while back and everyone on the rifle range was shooting 6.5 Creedmoor. One older guy said he can shoot it all day long without a sore shoulder, so it’s his new favorite.
I know a lot of people that own rifles in that chambering.
basically even at muzzle...

not that you wouldn’t HATE life with your broken ribs and bruised organs, but you’d be alive to hate life.
Oooh...like the grip craving on the Remington.
Looks like I have a winter project for my matched pair.
;>)
FR mail me on what you have...can always use more 45LC....pistols and carbines.
Let’s make voter turnout >80% and give Trump the win.
I need target practice and silhouettes are boring.

Thats why I am saving up 50BMG
Thats why I am saving up 50BMG
ain’t nothin’ stopping that.
Yes, I do.....
Yes, I do.....
While I like reloading as a hobby, it just got to the point that the communist surplus ammo was just too inexpensive to resist, even if I had to be sure to completely clean the rifles after each shooting and make sure the steel cases didn't beat up the chamber, extractor or ejectors.
I have no fear of ever running out of ammo. I have given a way a lot along with the rifles and handguns they feed to my two sons to keep at their houses. My family is well set for whatever may happen.
I have enough as is.
Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer joined the court's conservative majority Monday in ruling against environmentalists attempting to stop a natural gas pipeline from being built under the Appalachian Trail.
$165 for 1000 primers?
Dang. I just bought 1000 Federal Match Large Pistol primers for $48 last week.
