A female suspect was arrested by Customs and Border Patrol Agents trying to enter the United States from Canada.
The New York Times reported on Saturday that authorities were seeking an unidentified Canadian woman suspect.

So they can arrest someone in a single day who sends poison through the mail, and from another country no less, but they still can’t find the killer of Seth Rich. Hmm hmm
Castor oil beans and the right solvent to extract the poison and then in a repetitive process keep compounding the concentration. But I wouldn’t even think about it neither would I suggest attempting it.

Well that just happened last week, Seth Rich on the other hand happened 4 years ago if you can believe it.
What makes the Rich case especially troubling is the cops arrived at the scene 60 seconds after Rich was shot which happened in a neighborhood watch zone right next to a grocery store that had a camera outside. It was 4:20 am, ANYONE who was on the street at that time near the area could have been considered a suspect, so what happened? How did the killer disappear like a ghost? Why was Rich shot twice in the back and nothing was robbed from him?
