The result will be a Supreme Court that is split 4 to 4 for as long as the dems can stall any nominee a fair hearing. They will do this by continue to litigate the election while taking the position that they can't confirm a nominee made by a president who may not have actually won.

He is just clarifying that whatever source said he won’t confirm a new SC justice under Trump is wrong. That’s all. It means nothing. He will announce when he is ready and likely wants to wait for the suspense to build some more.
