He will be right there with the dems and his pals, Murkowski and Collins in the hopes that they can get Lamar Alexander and Ben Sasse to join them in denying Trump a successful nominee.

The result will be a Supreme Court that is split 4 to 4 for as long as the dems can stall any nominee a fair hearing. They will do this by continue to litigate the election while taking the position that they can't confirm a nominee made by a president who may not have actually won.

I don’t think Mitt would have voted for the impeachment if it was the deciding vote. And he won’t vote against the nomination if it’s the deciding vote either.

There would be an uproar!

Yes I know McCain prevented the Obamacare repeal but he was dying... Mittens surely won’t dare stop this!
