The result will be a Supreme Court that is split 4 to 4 for as long as the dems can stall any nominee a fair hearing. They will do this by continue to litigate the election while taking the position that they can't confirm a nominee made by a president who may not have actually won.
I don’t think Mitt would have voted for the impeachment if it was the deciding vote. And he won’t vote against the nomination if it’s the deciding vote either.
