Well, she lasted as long as she could to keep the seat in Dem liberal hands. You have to admire her courage when it would have been easier to retire to her home and family.
I can never disparage anyone who has deep convictions and tries to maintain and encourage their adoption by the country.
We think they are misguided, but they are deeply committed to their beliefs.
Now we should get a new Justice who is more to the right and may tip the court a little.

I have wondered about that, not just her. I think of the thief on the cross that repented. Does Christ visit some people at their dying moment to give them a last choice.
Muslims in the middle East have found Jesus in their dreams.

Now just imagine when some of the inevitable post election supreme court decisions must be made by an 8 person court.

There is no way the Senate will let President Trump replace her prior to the election. The dems will never allow this to move forward, and the Rinos will side with them. I believe you are correct.

No way she is replaced until next year.

This will be the start of the sh!t storm of the century. Dems will be up in arms and ably assisted by Romney, Gardner, Sasse, Murkowski, and Graham.

I totally disagreed with her political bent and most lately, her judicial activism. But I am in admiration of her career.
Now things will get very interesting!
