The Iraq invasion was propelled by phony claims from the intelligence community that Saddam had WMDs and somehow was a threat to the US
It was all BS
Too many Freepers swallowed the BS from mediocrities like this guy in the intelligence community. And they ridiculed the UN guy - Blix - who was on the ground in Iraq and said there were no WMDs. Well Blix was right and our intelligence community was wrong
For saying these FACTS I predict Im going to get flamed today by delusional Freepers who still cant break free of their old faith in these people and still want to believe that guys in the intelligence community were telling us the truth about WMDs.
The same intelligence community that now says Russia is undermining our elections and Trump colluded with Russia.
For someone who obtained the Rank of General, he sounds like a new minted 2nd LT in his twit. As a NCO, I could not stand a Butter Bar that thought his opinions were always right or carried more weight because he had a degree or went to the Academy. I would often tell them, “Ensign I have been to the Persian Gulf twice and that doesn’t mean I am always right either.” After couple of run-ins with one or two overhyped Ensigns my DHs started calling me “F-8” never could figure it out until our Departmental Master Chief explained it to me with a smile!
Even the NYSlimes grudgingly admitted it.
This chode is obviously on the take from China.
That general needs to explain why his CIA and NSA generated so many intelligence failures under his tenure first.
I supported the invasions of Iraq and it had nothing to do with claims of WMD’s. We needed to take the battle to the enemies’ turf and project geo-political force.
Massive disproportionate force would have been good. More Desert Storm than whatever the heck we called the post 911 invasion.
It’s waste of time to debate WMDs. We struck fear in the heart of Khaddaffi due to the show of force. WMD’s were irrelevant.
That said, I mourn our losses and offer all honor and respect to those that served, suffered and sacrificed.
I get scared to death.
When a general starts with: “I have a ...”, they are saying that they have been too far removed from what generals were created for, leading troops to combat, and are more interested in their soon-to-be-published memoirs of pap, their foundations, their Memorial collections, and their retirements, only!
Another Obama General who put self ahead of country and still does. Disgraceful and open to prosecution under the UCMJ provisions for retired officers.
Educated beyond his intelligence.
How utterly embarrassing...
I have an Ivy League School Masters Degree, I was the boss of CIA and NSA, and i would never criticize a President for loving his country.
You have Trump Derangement Syndrome.
(Oh, and theres an apostrophe S on Master.) https://t.co/Ype1spW8yN— Richard Grenell (@RichardGrenell) September 18, 2020
What’s the saying...better to have people think you’re a fool and not open your mouth for them to confirm it? Something like that...
Gen Michael Hayden @GenMhayden I have a masters degree. I ran CIA and NSA.

Gee, and now you’re absolutely nobody, you arrogant asshole.
It doesn’t matter how many degrees or professional credentials you have if your a dishonest person.
Ooohhh ... a Masters Degree. I spent half of my career fixing mistakes of my co-workers with Masters Degrees. Not impressed.
So this Anti-American communist shill agrees with the 1619 Project?
Wow, I have a Masters degree, through which I was taught that rules of grammar and spelling are racist, and the most important function of language is not communication, but self-expression. I primarily learned that all social sciences are 100% made-up BS.
“I have a master’s degree.”
So do I.
What’s your point? ...people with Master’s degrees are retarded?
You’re not helping Col. Dullard.
I have a masters degree. I ran CIA and NSA.
Ok jackass.
With your obvious ignorance on display its clear that you got two jobs you were totally unqualified to get.
Maybe this explains how something like 911 caught us by surprise?
