I supported the invasions of Iraq and it had nothing to do with claims of WMD’s. We needed to take the battle to the enemies’ turf and project geo-political force.

Massive disproportionate force would have been good. More Desert Storm than whatever the heck we called the post 911 invasion.

It’s waste of time to debate WMDs. We struck fear in the heart of Khaddaffi due to the show of force. WMD’s were irrelevant.

That said, I mourn our losses and offer all honor and respect to those that served, suffered and sacrificed.

You’re giving us another one of the talking points from the “intelligence” community

I predicted there would be unreconstructed Bushbots coming on this thread to defend his stupid launch of the Iraq war

Trump has called Bush’s invasion of Iraq, one of the “most disastrous foreign policy decisions” in US history. Trumps right. Bush and the “intelligence community” are wrong.
