My experience suggest that arbitrators are some of the most corrupt people on earth. They go with who ever does the most to butter their bread.

” the second fired deputy in recent months to have an arbitrator rule they should get their job back . . . “
An ARBITRATOR. Dear Lord, save us all from arbitrators like this!

A Broward sheriffs deputy who was fired for taking cover behind his truck and then driving away from the Parkland school massacre

Our public servants can abandon our children to die and yet still keep their jobs. there needs to be a purging of the government payroll.

Theres more hate for the police officers than there is for the shooter.
No they do not. Americans are just done with do-nothing, worthless government employees and politicians.

No they do not. Americans are just done with do-nothing, worthless government employees and politicians. That is worth repeating. The hate isn't directed at police officers in general, it is directed at the cowards who failed to act to try to save kids in the school. While unarmed teachers and students were taking actions that got them killed in order to save students two armed police officers were hiding outside.
The biggest lesson from the Parkland massacre was that the idea that the government and trained police with guns will protect you is totally false.

Maybe the arbitration process needs to be investigated.

Unfortunately, the excerpt left out the most important point. The arbitrators ruled the Sheriffs Office failed to fire both Miller and Stambaugh in a timely fashion, violating the deputies' due-process rights. An arbitrator found that the sheriff terminated Stambaugh 13 days past a deadline that a state law allows for punishing law enforcement officers once an investigation is completed. In the Miller case, it was a two days past the deadline.
