Too bad California doesn’t have a federal judge who can tell their governor that declaring Church services to be illegal is, you know, kinda unconstitutional.

If this is upheld through the appeal process Im thinking the state could be on the hook for billions of dollars in damages.

A strike against the Democrat/Left’s “new normal”: The Constitution can be suspended by a politician who has a “good reason” ... a “good reason” the politician solely determines sufficient.

Well, as far as money to pay the damages, this would tie in with how the Democrat states want a federal bailout because of the virus shutdowns. They would simply ask for more money.

Time to turn the tables and arrest the Governors and others who have taken rights away. They ‘ve outed themselves.

Totally agree. They’ve violated just about every clause of the Constitution, and lawsuits should hit them upside the head immediately.

Any such money to bail out states coming from the federal government, simply gets added to the federal deficit.
The idea of bailouts is on the ballot on Nov. 3rd. If Biden wins, and Democrats control Congress, they will bail out the Democrat states, which will cost into the trillions of dollars.
And these trillions are completely separate from, and in addition to, ongoing federal deficit spending.

Good. All people effected should sue this complete fascist loser for damages. Typical DIMocRAT loser.
