I honestly don’t know why they’re doing this. Just as in the US, though, I think it has a lot more to do with politics than with health.

People will not be able to venture more than 500 meters from home. Restaurants, shopping centers and businesses that offer leisure and recreational activities will be shut down.I guess Israel has no food deserts.
I'm a twenty minute ride from the nearest grocery. Guess I'll lose weight :)
