Federal investigators determined that the Secret Service was “reasonable” in choke slamming a photographer at a February 2016 Trump rally at Radford University in Virginia.
Videos emerged shortly after the event showing the photographer, Christopher Morris, getting slammed to the ground by a Secret Service agent in a gray suit, who was identified as William Figueroa.
According to a classified Department of Homeland Security (DHS) inspector general report obtained by Politico, investigators found the “use of force was reasonable in light of the totality of the circumstances.”
Among other reasons, investigators found that Figueroa was acting in self-defense amid the possibility that Morris may have used his camera as a weapon. The report also determined that the agent did not try to choke Morris, and that if he did place his hand on his throat it was on accident.
The watchdog report reveals that federal prosecutors considered bringing criminal charges against Morris and Figueroa, but decided not to file a case against either of them.
Morris declined to speak with investigators during the curation of the report on advice from Time magazine attorneys, according to Politico. Morris was not covering the rally but was there to follow then-candidate Trump on the plane ride, where he was supposed to take portraits of him.

In physical proximity to the president, you want to be really careful, especially if they don’t know you. If you pick your nose wrong you could find yourself on the ground.
I personally think every single member of the “media” should get choke slammed, but perhaps that’s just me who thinks that.
I'm not big on classified reports, so 1.) Why was the report classified? 2.) Why isn't there more transparency and timeliness to getting this information out?
When there is a legitimate reason to classify information/reports, it is imperative that it not leaked to the media. So, 3.) Who leaked the report? 4.) When will he be fired and sent to jail? Lastly, 5.) When will Trump fire all the leftist pieces of schiff working in the federal government that do things like this. Call it reducing the federal budget and decreasing the debt.

Judicial Watch announced it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security for records that the Secret Service claims to have destroyed related to a reported physical altercation between a Secret Service Agent and Joe Biden at a photo op in 2009 (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:20-cv-02457)). The lawsuit was filed after the Secret Service failed to respond to a July 14, 2020 administrative appeal challenging its claim that all files related to the 2009 altercation, “ha[d] been destroyed,” due to “retention standards.”
On March 29, 2020, the Gateway Pundit republished a 2017 report alleging that an unidentified Secret Service agent was suspended for a week in 2009 for “shoving Biden after he cupped his girlfriend’s breast while the couple was taking a photo with him.” “The situation got so heated … that others had to step in to prevent the agent from hitting the then-Vice President,” according to the report.

I suggested on another thread that that was Biden’s little shtick, his perverted little thril...to do drive by “feelies” in a public sort of way but act as though he was just being a lovable old fuzzball. Since the report exonerates the SS it's a near certainty it was a pro-administration source.
I just scanned the white house archives from the obama years...nothing so far, on general scans. Some posts of photo-ops but nothing on biden that jumps out...I’ll keep digging.
