Blame the original writers of the constitution. They did some bone headed things. Yes it’s a great document but they screwed up in three ways. One didn’t say citizen on census. They put persons. Second they didn’t give a concrete American citizen for president. Instead went mushy. Third they didn’t put English as official language. And they have caused a lot of hell since.
Ignore them.

What the judges don’t care about is the fact that the House is topped off at 435 members.
When a state like California or Texas has a huge influx of illegals and they are counted in the Census, then the states that don’t have an influx are robbed of their representatives in Congress because their representatives are taken and given to Texas and California. The people in these states are being disenfranchised by foreigners who are not even citizens of this country.
