That it is...the gym owner did a test to see how hard it is to maintain control of 100lbs with one arm over your head and type with the other, which led him to call BS on the Cuomo pic.
I also don’t think it’s fake. Maybe holding it for the photo and posing and having someone take the shot. Not actually doing reps. But it’s real - and not that hard if you can lift it.
Also, you can’t see if a bicep is bulging from that angle. And when you are in hold position you aren’t really using your bicep.
My wife is in our home gym right now. You’re still ignorant.
