I figured there must have been a decent drop in the temp since the outflow winds showed up on the radar. That’s a pretty hefty drop in such a short time.
Poor kitties. This kind of weather system can freak them out. At least they know they have shelter when they need it.

Yo radu!

Washington and Oregon are having a real bad wildfire season but thankfully no smoke here today.

The biggest surprise for me is waking up to a freezing house! I left my door open because it was hot last night but it got down to 38 degrees last night and Brrrr this morning! I had to don the sweats for the first time, LOL.

A quiet day for me otherwise, just hanging and relaxin'

Glad you’re safe from the fires. Dealing with ash and some smoke in the air is better than having to make a bolt like so many have been doing out there. Still not pleasant if you have to go outside for any reason.

Nice that you got a little break from the heat. Incredible how hot it’s been out there.

The beds are warm and cozy at this time. Rain and wind from the wrong direction could change all of that. They’ll be fine. :)

It’s now 63 degrees. Wow. That’s a 30-degree drop from the high.

They sure are having a bad time of it with fires. I’m watching coverage of it right now - same place luvie is - online and it makes my hair stand on end.

Holy cow! 38 degrees? That had to be a shock to wake up to! BRRRRRRRRR!!!!! I hope your heater was in shape to be turned on in a hurry.

Another low-key day here for us. The ol’ bum back hasn’t let me do much today. At least it’s allowed me to feed da kittehs so all’s well. LOL

Since the front’s moving in, the wind probably won’t change direction. They’ll be fine and dandy. Just not all the happy with the whacky weather change. LOL
