I would say that BOTH ballots are invalid if that’s the case, but you know the left would screech to high heaven that a voter was “disenfranchised.”

Nope. If that was the rule, the left would mail in millions of ballots with republican names on them. Just count the in-person vote, and have the FBI (if there are honest people left there) track down every fraudulent voter they can. The gentlest possible answer is long prison terms for those engaged in vote fraud, and I'm not sure gentle is correct this time around.

Mail-in voting should be outlawed for federal elections. The Scamdemic was the plan to have the Democrat states implement mail-in voting - gee, I wonder why? State and local elections might be out of the reach of the feds, but I would think that federal elections can ban mail-in voting.

I think that’s one of the reasons Trump suggested voting by mail and at the polling place. So there would be much scrutiny forced on the double voting issue. Look out for it!
